I asked a question about home cleaners and she gave me some of her contacts, which were very helpful! We hit it off. She had all of her homework done prior to me meeting her, even with possible selling numbers. Everything went smoothly. She was always there when I needed her. She had a professional photographer and stager come in and give us pointers on what the house should look like when it went to the market. My family moved back north and she made an appointment with the attorneys early so I didn't have to come back down to SC and sign. Our house was under contract within 26 hours of listing. Without Cristy, I truly believe my house would be on the market still. She will not disappoint!

She was quick to answer all of my questions and always returned my calls and emails as soon as she could. So very helpful and professional. My husband and I are relocating with my job and were initially looking for a rental or a fixer upper. Most of our searches were long distance since we currently live in North Idaho. Cristy went to many listings over the course of 4 months. From the very beginning her knowledge, desire to help, and positivity radiated off of her. She helped us find just what we were looking for in a home and helped us through the whole process ( we are first time home buyers). Moving to the area from Upsate NY, she worked with us for months to help us find the best location to be in for my husbands work, the right school district for our children, and the perfect home for our family! She was extremely responsive to calls and messages, and also did many FaceTime walk throughs for us when we were unable to see the homes we were interested in due to being out of the area. While the experience as a whole was a mixture of a juggling act and a rollercoaster of emotion, the one thing that was consistently flawless from start to finish was Cristy and her amazing service. To say that she was a full service realtor would be a gross understatement. She went above and beyond from the first phone call all the way past the closing date, offering help with anything from accommodations during our stay in the area, to the never ending drive to find the right house. At the end of our 2 days there, 14 houses toured, and nothing that fit us just right, she had learned exactly what we wanted and needed in a house. Her attention to detail was incredible, and her ability to familiarize herself with two perfect strangers in such a short time earned our trust and respect. Despite the lack of success while we were there to tour the houses, Cristy continued to search for the right fit. Within a couple days of our leaving she was sure she had "the perfect house" for us. Despite our lack of interest she toured the house and sent us a video tour, confident that we would fall in love. She was right. We could not have asked for anything more than we got from Cristy. We absolutely love Cristy and rate her at the top! No matter how many homes we visited or whatever we "threw" at her, she retained her energy and good humor. She has tirelessly continued to work with us up to and through the Closing. We would heartily recommend Cristy to anyone looking for a home. We will definitely contact her as future needs arise.

However, this time I am writing for the complete opposite reason. Cristy has been nothing less than awesome from the moment my wife and I met her. Before someone recommended Cristy to us, we had met with two other realtors in the area and looked at some houses with them, but the realtors just weren’t what we were looking for. So when we met Cristy, it was a huge relief. She was just so friendly, easy to talk to, and just seemed to understand what we were looking for in a house by what we had told her. She listened, took notes, and asked questions to get more useful information from us that we wouldn’t have thought to mention, had she not asked. She was very motivated and excited to help us search for our perfect home. The first couple of showings we went on, she gave us a very organized printout of all the listings we saw, in the exact order we viewed them, with sections for us to write down our “likes” and “dislikes” for each house. She used that information to select other houses to show us. We also did our own searches and gave her lists of houses we wanted to see. But in the end, the house we bought was one that she had found and told us she wanted us to see. We never would have seen it if it weren’t for her, because we were looking at houses 2,300 square feet and larger. This house is 2,261 square feet, so it was filtered out of our searches. We went to look at it and fell in love with the house! It was everything we were looking for! And to think we could’ve missed out on our perfect home because of a measly 39 square feet difference! Cristy made the whole process as easy for us as possible, and even after the closing, she continued to get answers for us that we had difficulty finding. Not only is she an incredible realtor who will bend over backwards for you, but she is also a really fun person to be around. She continuously went above and beyond for us. She did some very thoughtful and generous things for us too, but I won’t give details because I don’t want to make anyone jealous, LOL! I would recommend Cristy to anybody and everybody who is looking for a great realtor. I guarantee that you will love her……and if you don’t, then it’s obvious that YOU are the problem, not her 😛 because she is the coolest(even though my iphone autocorrects her name from Cristy to “Crusty”…LOL). Another huge plus was that we felt completely confident that Cristy was looking out for OUR best interest the whole time, not what would bring HER a bigger commission. She really cared about us and it showed. You can tell that she truly wants her clients to be happy with their purchase. We knew we could trust her 100%.

In a fast moving market, she was able to find me the perfect home in the exact neighborhood that I wanted before it even hit the market. It was great having her at my side representing me through the process, and I highly recommend her for buyers and sellers!
